Southern Berkshire Ambulance Squad actively recruits community members to serve on our Board of Directors. We look for individuals who bring knowledge and experience in finance, governance, operations, and other disciplines that strengthen our organization.
SBAS is governed by a Board of Directors, as established by the organization’s bylaws and elected by its members. The Directors include both operational members and independent non-members. The President, with the advice and consent of the Board, appoints the Director of Operations.
