Southern Berkshire Ambulance Squad provides dedicated ambulance standby support during sporting events, community gatherings, concerts, fairs, parades, and other public and private events throughout South County.
We will work with you to design an individualized plan that incorporates all requirements and needs for your specific event. Our team collaborates with event organizers, town officials, and other public safety agencies to create a comprehensive event medical plan prior to the event.
Our planning process addresses:
- Type and layout of the venue
- Number of anticipated attendees
- Social and seasonal considerations
- Access, egress, and staging of EMS resources
- Coordination with local fire and police departments
